Compensation : $100K Base Salary Commission

Position Summary :
The Business Development Manager will spearhead efforts to build and expand relationships with GCs and other stakeholders in the Western Boston Metro area. This role requires a proactive sales professional skilled in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers to secure landscape construction projects.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
Sales Strategy Execution :
Drive revenue growth by selling large-scale commercial landscape installations ranging from $500K to $5M .
Market Intelligence & Networking :
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the area.
Collaboration with Internal Teams :
Work closely with estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
