- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential structures.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Perform structural analysis using advanced software tools.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required, SE Preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

As a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other engineers to deliver innovative and effective solutions. The ideal candidate should be an expert in calculations and designs and should be able to assemble plans and specifications for public advertisement and bidding. Projects include transportation projects, roadway design, bridge design, hydrology and hydraulics, drainage design, and flood protection.
