What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Program Manager position at AVID Behavioral Day Program?
We are currently searching for a qualified Day Program manager to work alongside day program staff to ensure our buildings and grounds are clean and safe. The day program manager oversees all aspects of the day program and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in day program management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.
Objectives of this role
- Manage program budgets and supervise staff to ensure that immunization and registry activities are successfully implement.
- Participate in staff training, scheduling, oversight of the program, and supervise assign staff.
- Provide socialization opportunities, fitness and wellness activities as well as educational and recreational programs for patients and families.
- Supervise facilities staff.
- Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.
