Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderlines. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas and rooms.
- Ensure all restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and cleaned regularly.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including cleaning supplies and equipment, to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff on best practices in custodial care and housekeeping management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
