Compensation :
Base Salary : $90,000 - $125,000 (DOE)
Monthly Bonuses based on performance

Compensation :
90,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Consult clients about your plans for distributing their assets
Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action
Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current
Assist clients with estate administration process, whether probate or trust administration.
Experience helping business owners plan succession plans.
Experience with guardianship / conservatorship proceedings.
Qualifications :
Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association)
Experience at a legal firm working on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years is required
Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required
Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation
Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
