Avid is hiring Caregivers - CNAs and PCAs as paraprofessional members of our client care team to provide selected personal care services and limited related household tasks as part of the client’s plan of care.
**Specifically seeking Caregivers in the Whiteville/Columbus County area!**
We offer Full and Part-Time hours! Day, night, and weekend shifts, variable shifts, as well as overnight shifts available.
We serve clients in 20 counties, including, but not limited to: Wake, Brunswick, New Hanover, Onslow, Cumberland, Columbus, Carteret, Guilford, Pender, Sampson, and Duplin.
We have a stable client census with consistent assignments and hours, offering you the ability to work one on one with patients and their caregivers long-term.
Requirements:Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current CNA or PCA certification in NC
CPR Certification, preferred by not required
Open to new graduates and those re-entering the workforce!
Other Skills/Requirements:
Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with clients, their families and other care providers.
Confident working independently
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to embrace technology/utilize computerized systems
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Bilingual, preferred, but not required
