Avid is hiring an Integration Specialist. This position is available immediately. This position must be based out of Chicago, IL. This position will require up to 50% inter- and intrastate, overnight travel during periods of acquisition.

The Integration Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the successful onboarding of newly acquired businesses and their integration into Avid systems and processes. This role will require a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and effective communication to help streamline the transition and optimize system operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary data entry and system configuration tasks to prepare new systems for integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the correct migration of data from legacy systems to our company’s systems. Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop and deliver training materials tailored to different user groups (e.g., caregivers, administrative staff, managers, or IT teams).
  • Assist in Systems training and onboarding of newly acquired companies and their employees on Avid systems, tools, and processes. Provide hands-on support during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Work closely with other departments such as operations, finance, HR, clinical, and corporate development to ensure systems and operations are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve cross-functional goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations as they relate to new and existing Alaya Care functions. Build out and monitor AlayaCare environment to ensure seamless system integration for all acquisitions.
  • Provide ongoing support to newly acquired teams and assist in resolving any post-integration issues. Maintain a thorough understanding of the integration process, systems, and tools to provide quick resolution.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Adhere to all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as contract requirement, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: College degree required or equivalent work experience.

Travel: Travel will be required for business purposes. Employees must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.

Required Skills:

  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
  • Must be customer service oriented and be prepared to liaise with caregivers, clients and their families, and payers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management about the growth and marketing initiatives of the company.
  • Experience with excel and other project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and a big-picture method for approaching tasks.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • General knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Bilingual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
