**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining guestrooms, interior and exterior of the hotel, and work and track preventive maintenance for the hotel.
**Duties:**
- Perform routine maintenance on guestrooms, public areas of hotel along with exterior and pool area.
- Troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement solutions
- Utilize Computerized Quore program for tracking maintenance activities
- Conduct hotel maintenance tasks as required
**Experience:**
-Drywall, painting caulking and working on AC units a plus
-Ability for time emnagement
-Organizational skills a plus for workshop area
-Communication between departments is important
- Knowledge of hotel maintenance practices
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
