We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and communicate with other departments as needed.
- Assist in maintaining front desk operations, including managing reservations and updating guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations within a hotel environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
