Maintenance:
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using schematics and logic controllers.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs.
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Oversee and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal departments and external contractors.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
