For almost 20 years, Avid4 Adventure has empowered kids to live active outdoor lifestyles through our unique outdoor programming. We are hiring Aftercare Supervisors for our Day Camp programs to provide on-site management, mentorship, and instruction to our campers after the camp day ends. Our Aftercare Supervisors are seasoned childcare professionals who are trusted to care for our campers during pick up hours and ensure their wellness after a long day of programs.

We are hiring several Aftercare Supervisors for the following Colorado locations:
- North: Boulder, Lafayette, and Valmont Bike Park
- West: Golden and Highlands Ranch
- Denver/East: Central Park, Greenwood Village, and Washington Park
- Supervise campers by providing age-appropriate, after camp activities while maintaining a safety-oriented environment.
- Organize and participate in camp programming, ranging from games to arts & crafts.
- Responsible for purchasing weekly aftercare program supplies and snacks (budget will be given based on camp size).
- Follow and educate campers on safety protocols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants.
- Communicate directly with parents when they arrive for pick up.
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp
- Must have 6 months of demonstrated experience supervising youth in a highly autonomous, professional setting (school, afterschool program, camp, or similar)
- Minimum of Basic First Aid & CPR certification by the start of camp (and we can point you in the right direction to get this done)
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 - 6:00pm (Plus one paid hour/week for supply shopping). Opportunity for additional hours substituting for our day camp programs.
- Position Duration: Training begins May 17 - 24, program depending. Camps run May 27 - June 9 through August 1 - 15, program depending.
- Compensation: Pay is determined based on position, location, additional responsibilities, relevant certifications, and staff tenure.
- Pay: $21.60/hour
- Relevant Certification Bonuses: $100 - $400 per certification (up to $400)
