Description : Position Overview :
Support the bank's strategic objectives by providing skilled financial and data analysis, resulting in actionable insights. Create complex reporting, profitability models and assist in the budgeting process.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Conduct asset and liability analysis, including forecasts and profitability models.
- Conduct interest rate risk measurement and liquidity stress testing.
- Provide balance sheet insights and strategy recommendations supported by analytics
- Prepare Treasury reporting for ALCO and other senior management meetings with limited oversight.
- Assist with managing the cash position and collateral positions, work with the FHLB and FRB to maintain funding lines and applicable collateral.
- Assist the with balance sheet forecasting and net interest income projections for budgeting and capital stress testing.
- Assist with the bank's profitability system including updating the profitability model to accurately reflect the operations of the bank, preparing and distributing profitability reports to Finance management and performance trend analysis on bank business unit profitability for decision making.
- Create analytical financial reports for management with information for appropriate decision making to enhance bank performance.
- Assist with investment portfolio management including processing of investment transactions in investment software, managing investment trade documentation and production of investment reporting.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and participate in projects as needed.
