AvidSphere is looking for passionate, energetic, and talented sales people to help serve their local business community. Your role as an account manager will involve developing relationships with small - midsize businesses within an assigned territory. You will sell advertising on a popular direct mail publication that is outperforming other forms of local advertising and also on www.Avid.Deals. Once you are in the door working with the businesses, you will have opportunities to offer our additional services that include print and digital products. You will be joining a fun, passionate team, working towards the goal of delivering results and seeing businesses grow, while building your own skills and network in the process.

Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts to drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships.
- Utilize effective communication skills to present advertising solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct cold & warm calls to potential clients, identifying their needs and proposing tailored marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop business opportunities and enhance overall sales performance.
- Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and improve client engagement.
