We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Chemical Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment to blend, mix, or transport chemicals that make up our customer products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate equipment to blend, mix, or transport chemicals according to recipe specifications
- Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues
- Operate machinery to mix, extrude/discharge or handle materials
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent training & experience
- Work experience in an industrial operations environment preferred
- Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail
