Responsibilities: As the Retail Sales Associate
- Engage guests as they enter the store and demonstrate our products in their hair; highlighting the various hair styles that they can achieve simply with our various jewelry items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in hair related products.
- Highly motivated, energetic, empathetic
- Loves interacting with people and creating connections
- Strong at sales without being pushy
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
