Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing the hotel's overall operation in partnership with the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the overall operation of the hotel in partnership with the General Manager
- Examine, analyze, and evaluate operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise standards and policies
- Create financial reports and interpret and analyze business records / statistical reports
- Assist the sales force in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
- Develop and retain employees to ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction
- Maximize profits through effective cost management and revenue generation
- Ensure that all hotel operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
