Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest safety and security at all times.
- Monitor and control access to secured areas.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports as necessary.
- Assist outside agencies as necessary.
- Provide escort services.
- Assist HR/MOD with responding to associate altercations.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel and guestroom locking systems.
- Respond to security alarms and monitor TV cameras (if applicable).
