Pay rate: $ 24/ hr on W2
Location: 6200 Sprint Pkwy, Overland Park, KS, USA, 66251, and Bellevue WA, 98004
Job Description:
Individual will support Sourcing Manager(s) by pulling data reports, creating & maintaining data lists from multiple sources, and manipulation of the data to develop sourcing opportunities based on specific criteria. Candidate may be asked to support the sourcing managers by coordinating and tracking sourcing milestones.
Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years relevant experience required, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A working knowledge of Salesforce tool set, as well as previous project management experience a plus.
Must Have:
Detail oriented, quick learner, Salesforce experience would be a big plus, Docusign experience. Able to work independently but also feels comfortable asking questions when needed.
Skillset Matrix:
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) - Excel, Word, Salesforce, Adobe
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) - Processing contracts and submitting them into Salesforce and Docusign. Using Excel to generate reports.
Preferred background/prior work experience?- Excel and Word knowledge. Experience reviewing contracts would be a plus as well.
Priority soft skills - Ability to work independently. Positive attitude. Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skllls.
Position will support a Technology Sourcing Manager in the procurement of wireless backhaul.
Required to be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
