Job Title: Logistics - Support
Pay rate: $ 30/ hr on W2
Location: Carlsbad, CA, 92011
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
The Warehouse support role receives, ships, transfers, and moves all material via various systems for the entire company. This role will champion the progressive supply planning policies, processes, and metrics needed to support CBM's technologically advanced portfolio of semiconductor and optics products. The expectation of this position is that all responsibilities outlined below are performed with uncompromising dedication to accuracy and quality.
Specific responsibilities include:
Receipts of raw materials, ships all finished products as well as in process products to and from manufacturing sites around the world.
Receives merchandise at various locations throughout the globe at contract manufacturers.
Inspects and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents, records shortages and rejects damaged goods.
Conduct inventory cycle counts.
Systematically build product subassemblies or final assemblies.
Organizes distribution and shipping of raw materials.
Maintains internal record keeping systems.
Uses computers and multiple systems daily.

Logistics Customer Project Specialist will collaborate with other Inventory, Receiving, Manufacturing personnel, technicians, Process owners, Application Engineers, Test Engineering, Production Operators, Supply chain, and Manufacturing Management.

Additional role, initiative and group information: Develop and distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.
Knowledge of Shipping software: FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
Strong understanding and knowledge of inventory transactions, receiving, transfers, issues, bonuses, quarantine, etc.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, selective attention, deductive reasoning, critical thinking, attention to detail.
