POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, SAP Implementation and Support is a member of the corporate IT group responsible for leading an ongoing SAP implementation at Alora Pharmaceutical’s Fort Worth, TX site and assisting with SAP Support for the Alpharetta, GA and Marietta, GA sites who are already utilizing SAP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-time onsite position in Fort Worth, Tx
- Serve as an application level or system level administrator for SAP S/4HANA
- Serve as an internal project manager for ongoing SAP implementation including organizing meetings, identifying stakeholders, tracking outstanding tasks. Working alongside an external implementation firm that has resources dedicated to each functional area.
- Serve as a support manager for existing implementations of SAP S/4HAHA, perform troubleshooting and/or collect information to submit to external SAP support firm
- Serve as a leader of a Change Advisory Board in charge of tracking changes and getting departmental approval for changes
- Manage Permissions documentation, forms, and approvals in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Technology or Manufacturing field
- SAP Technical administration skills (such as Basis or Security)
- Understanding of basic business principals in Manufacturing, Warehouse, Finance, Etc.
- Understanding of technical modules (PP, MM, FI)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical sector
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with SAP ERP systems
- A minimum of 10 years experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while performing day-to-day activities
- Ability to present technical information to management, employees, and other departments
- Self-motivated team player with exceptional organization, follow-through, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent ability to write, review, edit, and approve technical or technical documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with different functional groups at all levels of management in the company
