FMS Senior IAMD Analyst

Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a FMS Senior IAMD Analyst to support Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Program Office. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide executive-level briefings to potential foreign partners, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of the Army’s Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) and Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control (FAAD C2).
• Serves as the subject matter expert for IBCS and FAAD C2 within the International Programs Office.
• Respond to Letters of Request (LORs) by providing Requests for Information (RFIs), Price and Availability (P&A) data, and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) support.
• Track program and project status and schedules, ensuring alignment with financial planning policies and procedures.
• Perform program management, technical, and business case analyses.
• Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules to support decision-making.
• Participate as a member of and provide direct support to the overall PMO.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and decision boards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Significant experience and technical understanding of IBCS and FAAD C2.
• Demonstrated experience engaging and briefing executive-level staff and foreign partners.
• Knowledge of U.S. Army acquisition processes.
• Highly organized, flexible, and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, applying knowledge, innovation, and experience to complete tasks effectively.
• Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work in a team environment while handling multiple tasks.
• Experience coordinating and supporting international military programs.
