What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analysts/Maintenance Analysts/Engineers position at Avion Solutions, Inc.?
Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for multiple Program Analyst / Maintenance Analyst / Engineer positions to support the AMCOM G3. These positions are based in Huntsville, AL, and are contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide development and validation of AMCOM-specific requirements for the Enterprise Aviation Solution (EAVN).
- Support the transition, migration, and sustainment of the AMCOM TAMMS-A MCDS Legitimate Code File (LCF) master data, TAMMS-A MCDS Portal and Airworthiness Database, and the Army Enterprise Materiel Master (AEMM) to the Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) and the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).
- Provide recommendations and reports on software quality reviews and system safety reviews.
- Provide Technical Data Management expertise to support the TAMMS-A/IUID capability for all Army Aviation Platforms, Aviation Ground Support Equipment, Small Arms/Light Weapons (SA/LW), communications equipment, and missile systems as an enduring capability.
- Provide Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) technical expertise, including review, assessment, analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for AMCOM G-3.
- Conduct reliability and statistical analyses at the component and system levels to identify and track root causes of component removal, support failure investigations, and resolve field issues.
- Conduct studies and analyses to determine primary and secondary causes of equipment return to the depot and determine optimum maintenance actions such as inspection intervals, and component removals and replacement.
- Perform reliability analysis on components to ensure continued flight safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.
