Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a Senior Operations Analyst to support Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Serve as an expert advisor and consultant to the Program Operations Director for the coordination and execution of operational and administrative tasks, including program planning, prioritization, and management.
- Define, establish, and direct organizational focus on complex programs, resolving highly complex problems that cross organizational boundaries.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish new concepts, policies, methodologies, and techniques, contributing to the development of IFMC policies.
- Convert broad guidance from the Program Operations Director into specific individual tasks and ensure guidance is executed in a complete, realistic, and logical manner.
- Facilitate communication across the IFMC organization and coordinate with PEO and HQDA staff.
- Manage the coordination of IFMC conferences, ceremonies, and events.
- Maintain a working repository database of information pertaining to IFMC operations to support prompt analyses.
- Promote principles, procedures, and processes that foster teamwork and ensure quality mission performance, products, and services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Masters degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of program operations analysis experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within or supporting an Army project office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.

- Experience handling diverse tasks in a team environment.
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II or higher Certification in acquisition, financial management, or engineering is a plus.
