AVION Sports Rehab is looking for a FULL TIME Athletic Trainer to help with patient volume that will help to set the standard of rehabilitative care. The Ideal candidate for this position is driven, detail-oriented, passionate, caring, analytical and motivated that adheres to AVION Core Values.
At AVION Sports Rehab, our provider to patient ratio is 1-1 with no double bookings. We believe that in order to provide the best possible care it needs to be individualized with highly educated/experienced providers. You will be working alongside the best clinicians in the country with no students, assistants, techs or new grads leading the clinic. Located in downtown Flagler Village under the luxurious Courtyard Marriott on US 1.
As an AVION FULL TIME Athletic Trainer you will be expected to manage patient care, treat and evaluate, respond to your patients concerns during working hours, execute appropriate levels of care for each patient, and provide an excellent patient experience through communication, education, engagement and going the extra mile to ensure patient comfort and attainment of patient goals and plan of care.

Qualifications:
Degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine
Current and Active Athletic Training License for the state of Florida
Certified Athletic Trainer
Adheres to current Evidence Based Practices
Adheres to the NATA core values and practice guidelines
Interpersonal communication skills
Extensive education and knowledge beyond formal education
Clinical Experience with athletic background
Skills (Required):
Dry Needling Certified (DN Cert.)
3 years of experience
Previous experience working in outpatient physical therapy clinic is required
Experience in athletics, sports, and orthopedics
Skills (Preferred but not required)
Blood Flow Restriction Certified (BFR)
Diagnostic Ultrasound (RMSK)
Manual Therapy Certified (CMT)
Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS)
Any spinal manipulation and soft tissue certifications (SMT)
Medical Specialty: Orthopedics/Sports
Running, Golf, or Barbell Rehab experience
