What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Wealth Manager position at Avior Executive Search, Inc?
Our client is a growing full-service bank providing Private Banking, Lending, Branch, Brokerage, Trust, Credit, and Insurance services. We are seeking a Senior Advisor/Banker to lead investments and manage relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
- Develop and retain strong relationships with UHNW and HNW clients.
- Maintain a solid network of connections within the Palm Beach Florida market and leverage them for self-sourcing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide integrated financial services including banking, credit, asset management, and trust planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with UHNW and HNW clients.
- Self-source new business opportunities.
- Work with branches and regional teams to identify referrals.
- Develop internal and external networks for referrals.
- Provide financial advice and counsel to clients and prospects on market trends and conditions.
- Promote the company at community and business functions.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years' experience in wealth management as a Financial Advisor, Private Banker, or Relationship Manager.
- Proven track record of generating over $100M AUM or T-12 revenue of at least $350K.
- Hold Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as insurance licenses for Life, Health, and Variable products.
