We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team!

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitary conditions throughout the entire facility in compliance with the Department of Health Standards and other federal and state laws. This responsibility includes the coordination of regular, timely schedules for thorough cleaning of all areas, equipment, and furnishings.
Responsibilities:
Train and monitor housekeeping and related staff in appropriate methods of cleaning.
Coordinate and monitor daily cleaning schedules for resident rooms, common areas, departmental areas, furnishings, and equipment.
Instruct and educate housekeeping staff in cleaning and sanitizing procedures, correct use of supplies and equipment, and correct use of safety precautions, keeping the residents’ and staffs’ safety as a top priority.
Maintain an inventory and adequate storage areas for residents’ personal belongings, cleaning supplies, linens, paper goods and general supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous nursing home experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
