We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director professional to join our team!
This position will oversee marketing for our two facilities in Texarcana.
Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs to support organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Research, design, and develop marketing materials and monitor production and distribution of marketing materials.
Liaise and correspond with outside vendors, suppliers, public relations, and media contacts.
Prepare press and media releases and prepare and conduct product presentations.
Execute direct marketing campaigns and coordinate and participate in marketing events.
Update company website and social media tools.
Monitor competitive activity and market trends and assess customer feedback.
Track, coordinate, and assemble data to measure outcomes of marketing programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Customer service, marketing, or sales experience.
Proficient in the principles of marketing and knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Proficient in social media marketing.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience with Nursing Homes.
