We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our Life Sciences division. In this remote position, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our life sciences products. You’ll leverage your industry knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits, close sales, and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Sales Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for life sciences products in your designated territory.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to promote our product offerings and understand customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest life sciences trends, product offerings, and clinical data to effectively communicate the benefits and applications of our products.
- Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and adherence to corporate goals and compliance standards.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account updates via CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales or life sciences, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical or medical device products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for the life sciences industry and commitment to understanding scientific data.
- Ability to travel occasionally, if required.
