The role:
We're seeking an Internal Quality Control Engineer to join our quality department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
3. Leading internal audits and implementing corrective actions to address any issues identified.
4. Maintaining accurate records of quality metrics and performance indicators.

You'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality assurance.
• Prior experience with lean sigma green belt or higher certification is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
