As an Assistant Manager at our Green Bay airport location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Under the direction of the District Manager, you will help foster a positive team environment while coaching and mentoring employees to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
Primary hours for this position will be evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the airport location.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Motivate, coach, and develop staff to excel in sales and customer service.
- Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling employees.
- Report all aspects of productivity to the District Manager.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, handling inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience while promoting additional products and services.
- Work a flexible schedule, including mid-shifts, evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total earning potential: $49,000-60,000 per year. This will include an hourly base rate plus uncapped incentive bonuses for sales upgrades and additional services.

Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be physically able to assist customers at the rental counter, including standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible schedules which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
- Able to effectively handle confidential information.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
Salary : $49,000 - $60,000
