Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the vehicle rental process, including explaining rental terms, processing payments, and upselling additional services such as insurance and vehicle upgrades.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
- Verify rental agreements, check driver’s licenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle availability and coordinate assignments for reservations.
- Handle vehicle returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
