What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Detailer/Driver position at Avis Budget Group?
Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail vehicles according to company standards and customer specifications
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to remove dirt, grease, and stains from vehicle surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report findings to management
- Assist with custodial duties in the detailing area, such as maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of car wash techniques, buffing, and other detailing processes
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
