As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability. By conducting thorough analysis and collaborating with teams across the business, you'll identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Building and maintaining financial models to support pricing, promotions, and sales decisions.
- Reporting insights and analysis to senior leadership to guide key business decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to tackle performance challenges.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Providing ad-hoc analysis to support evolving business needs.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics or related field (Winter 2024 and Spring 2025 grads).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills – must be resourceful with creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in-office at World Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.
- Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, data analytics or a related field.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
