What you’ll do:

As a Workday functional HRIS Analyst you will play a key role in the continual optimization of our HRIS system to ensure the seamless operation of HR processes. This role requires a strong understanding of HRIS workflows, data management, and reporting as well a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system and/or data issues.

This position involves:

• Leveraging the Workday platform to support core HR functions including Workday Recruiting, Learning and Reporting to enhance and improve the user experience.
• Provide training, consultative support, and technical assistance to end-users of our HRIS system.
• Act as liaison with the organization’s global HR Call Center, Payroll and IT functions for support with internal business partners and external vendors as it relates to the support of the HRIS system.

• Provide analysis of configuration and results, validate program changes, develop specifications for configuration and identify business needs as it relates to the organization’s HRIS projects.
• Manage all phases of defined short-term HRIS projects.
• Research and correct data in Workday using the PeopleAssist case management system.
• Test and audit data with new releases, integrations or projects.

You should apply if you bring:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in functional Workday HCM is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or related field
• 3 years of related HRIS experience
• Advanced Excel experience
