What You'll Do
- Perform account reconciliations and clear exception items as appropriate
- Quality and accuracy audits – Deloitte & Sox quarterly
- Responsible for preparations for month end close & various reporting.
- Collections as needed to clear receivables/review & clear aging reports.
- Process credit card uploads in an orderly fashion to meet all banking deadlines.
- Reconciliation of credit card fees, rejects, chargebacks & financial adjustments; upload templates.
- Responsible for all research on variances
- Oracle Fusion & Amp Wizard 2.0 systems
- Assist on all Deloitte & Sox audits quarterly.
- Responsible for assisting third party chargeback vendors to support the business.
- Month End close responsibilities
- High School Diploma and 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of accounting techniques, reporting, and other related methodologies
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion preferred
- Experience with Amp Wizard 2.0 portal
- Demonstrated history of accuracy and attention to detail, efficiency, critical thinking and sound judgment, ability to act with urgency
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as superb time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to navigate various PC systems
