About the Job
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our Avis Budget Group team as car rental sales representatives. This is a dynamic opportunity to develop your skills, earn unlimited commission, and work in a friendly and empowering sales environment.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for renting cars, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer service at our airport rental counters. This includes processing contracts, listening to customer needs, and effectively upselling our offerings to enhance their travel experience.
Benefits:
Bi-weekly hourly wage plus an extremely profitable commission/incentive/bonus plan (up to 3 times annual base salary)
Minimum commission guarantee or actual commission for the first two months

Requirements:
Effective verbal communication skills
Valid Driver's License

This position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
