Budget Rental Car, located at Glacier Park International Airport, is seeking Rental Service Agents to be part of a fun and dynamic atmosphere that welcomes customers from all over the world to experience the beauty and amenities that our area has to offer. We offer a base wage plus commission. Minimum age to apply is 16.
Primary Tasks:
- Includes preparing vehicles for rental by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, washing, vacuuming, removing trash, filling gas tanks, and checking fluid levels. Also, inspecting vehicles for body damage, ensuring the vehicles are operational and safe for our customers, and driving and parking cars. There is an automatic car wash for washing the rental vehicles.
What we offer:
- Part-time, full-time, and seasonal employment.
- $15 to $17 per hour base pay plus a $2 per hour summer incentive for hours worked from June 1st - Sep. 30th.
- Monthly commission typically ranges between $250 to $500 during the summer months, including $2 per car cleaned.
- Total potential compensation $18 to $20 per hour including base hourly wage, commission, signing bonus, and $2 per hour summer incentive.
