We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Car Prep Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring each vehicle is cleaned and prepared to the highest standards for customer use. Duties
- Thoroughly vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboards, and windows
- Wash and dry exteriors, including tires and rims, ensuring a spotless finish
- Assist with custodial tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns regarding vehicle preparation.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises as required during the preparation process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of vehicle prep tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
