Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide construction activities effectively.
- Utilize ProCore software for project management, tracking progress, and managing budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to meet project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
