Overview
Works with clients and project team members to design, decorate, and furnish professional office spaces and other project typologies. Successful candidates demonstrate superior design abilities, organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and understanding of key milestones throughout all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Establishes a relationship with clients to define their needs.
- Create design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions.
- Develops space plans that meet the functional and aesthetic program requirements.
- Specification of materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories within the project budget.
- Produces detailed and coordinated architectural construction drawings.
- Ensures designs meet applicable codes and regulations in coordination with project architect.
- Coordinates design and implementation with project consultants and construction team members.
- Coordinates with project managers while maintaining thorough and accurate communication and project documentation from project inception to completion.
- Participates in marketing and business development efforts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
