Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Analyst to join our Global Lease Administration team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. This role involves managing lease data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting reporting and financial processes across various portfolio accounts.
The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $55,000 to $67,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education / training, experience, and internal equity
Responsibilities
- Abstract and review lease documents, ensuring accurate capture of critical data such as rent obligations, critical dates, and financials.
- Track and report on lease renewals, critical dates, and rent commencements.
- Audit, process, and reconcile rent and other lease-related invoices in compliance with policies and lease terms.
- Assist in compiling and delivering periodic reports, including KPIs, variance analyses, and other lease-related reporting needs.
- Support internal and external inquiries related to lease payments, documentation, and data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and manage lease files through quality control reviews and audits.
- Support the development of lease administration SOPs and job aids to drive process improvements.
