The marketing manager is a motivated and creative team member who drives the development and execution of the marketing strategy in partnership with the Managing Director of the Denver office. Primary responsibilities include new business development collaboration, brand elevation, and property marketing support. The marketing manager is also the marketing team lead for Denver leading strategy, team mentoring, coordination, and communications. While the person in this role is focused specifically on Denver, he or she will be joining the West Region Marketing Team which spans across California, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.
- Take the lead on crafting compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that highlight Avison Young’s unique value proposition. Ensure all client-facing materials effectively align with client needs and competitive differentiators, leveraging market data and insights.
- Focus on brokerage support activities. This includes the development and execution of all marketing materials for new business to include collateral development, demand generation campaigns, pitches, and proposals. End products should reflect Avison Young’s unique differentiators, competitive advantage, and surpass stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings as a strategic marketing partner and representative of Avison Young’s marketing team.
- Act as a bridge between brokers and the marketing team to manage project expectations, deadlines, and creative output. Ensure brokers feel supported while balancing strategic priorities and timelines. Identify potential bottlenecks when collaborating with brokers and offer solutions to maintain alignment and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Perform as the ‘knowledge hub’ for Avison Young’s Denver service lines and subject matter experts ensuring marketing efforts are coordinated, consistent, and relevant to the individual industries, markets, and the firm.
- Work in a dynamic team environment to build and execute multi-channel marketing plans for Avison Young brokers and their clients.
- Drive collaboration and partnership with Avison Young’s Market Intelligence team in the delivery of data-driven marketing deliverables, thought leadership, and campaigns to elevate our brand in the market.
- Provide hands-on design and production support by creating and/or coordinating all marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 360, including print brochures, email blasts, websites, advertisements, presentations, proposals, and marketing deliverables.
- Art directs and coordinates the creation of high-technology marketing deliverables, including videos, drone clips, and virtual tours with third-party vendors.
- Develop strategy for Avison Young’s digital and web presence in concert with the regional strategy, and in alignment with the national digital marketing team. Identify ways to expand Avison Young’s online presence through website, social media, and email marketing strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Avison Young brand and visual identity, with quality control processes to produce professional work products, on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships across Avison Young’s organization to leverage its extensive marketing and creative resources, research teams, brokerage administrative staff, and business unit leadership across the regional and national platforms.
- Guide team members in elevating the quality of pitches, proposals, and presentations by sharing best practices, templates, and strategic insights gained from cross-market collaboration.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability when addressing last-minute feedback or changes, ensuring that final deliverables remain high-quality and strategically sound.

Other Qualifications/skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Express) and Microsoft 360
- Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong creative skills and ability to provide art direction with minimal input
- Comprehension and commitment to top-notch client service
- Ability to work effectively in teams and commit to the outcome, end product, or end result
- Ability to manage multiple projects and keep others accountable for deadlines
- Six to eight years of commercial real estate experience
- Related experience will be considered; architecture, engineering, construction, residential real estate, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, design, or communication

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
