Events and Experiences Coordinator Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $28-30/hr
- Worksite: Leading audio, video, and voice technologies company (San Francisco, CA 94103 - Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
Events and Experiences Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and logistics for customer demonstrations, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate internal and customer/partner events, including receptions and cinema screenings for studio and film festival partners as well as internal employee teams.
- Provide guidance and assist with events organized by various business and community organizations.
- Help maintain and optimize operations processes and procedures for event coordination.
- Assist with planning and coordination of off-site event activations, including executive award event weekends and tradeshows.
- Support basic living room and mobile demo technology operations.
- Assist with tracking and reporting event and activity metrics.
Events and Experiences Coordinator Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or events.
- Experience in events, customer service, communications, marketing, or media
- Interest in consumer technology and the entertainment industry including films and/or music a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfort level with speaking to all levels of staff and management
- Extraordinarily detail-oriented and organized.
- Intellectual curiosity
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Aptitude to learn tools and platforms this role will be hands-on with such as, but not limited to, Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools.
- Passionate about events, experiential, and guest experience.
- Positive attitude and logistics/organizational skills are most critical.
- Comfort in high-pressure, high-visibility moments and an ability to stay calm and solution/action-oriented in those moments.
