A leading technology company is seeking an Outsource Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily prioritization of customer orders, ensuring accurate communication of outsourcing work status, and processing customer requests in a timely manner. They will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to verify and monitor the progress of outsourced work, ensuring that customer commitments and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer queries and escalations. They should have experience in data entry, procurement processes, and handling physical inspection and calibration tasks. The candidate must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate flexibility in working onsite and handling any additional responsibilities as needed. Outsource Service Coordinator Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $25/hr
• Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Nashua, NH - Onsite)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment

Outsource Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Communicate outsource work priorities for customers on a daily/weekly basis, ensuring attention to detail for customer requirements and contractual obligations.
• Provide quotations for outsource prices to customers via the Sales system.
• Manage daily prioritization of customer orders and communicate status updates.
• Answer customer queries and manage escalations in a timely manner.
• Process customer’s new requests and ensure work is managed promptly by:
  • Triggering the release of Service Orders to suppliers for outsourced work.
  • Partnering with logistics to verify that units are progressing per the process.
  • Monitoring turnaround time of jobs to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Verify physical receipt or validate processing steps for outsourced work.
• Update internal system notes with accuracy and clarity for individual jobs.
• Follow quality procedures to log certificates for auditing purposes.
• Support daily outsource on-site duties including:
  • Quality processing for calibrated assets.
  • Physical inspection of assets post-calibration.
  • Reviewing measurement reports and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Engaging technicians as needed to resolve discrepancies.
  • Sticking units with appropriate calibration and void stickers.
  • Pairing units with correct certificates and data.
  • Using customer guides for asset processing when necessary.
• Provide daily updates in shared Excel spreadsheets for priority customers.
• Manage general purchasing responsibilities, including:
• Triggering or generating requisitions and purchase orders.
• Reviewing supplier quotes and confirming order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize tools to activate work orders for 3rd-party (multi-vendor) suppliers.
• Coordinate service requests and quotes, verify all data, and submit to suppliers.
• Inform teams of updates as needed and record all information in appropriate tools.
• Generate internal procurement requests for multiple support teams.
• Support procurement outsource contract staff with tasks like order reports, supplier confirmations, on-time delivery, and expediting.

Outsource Service Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must work on-site 5 days a week at the Nashua, New Hampshire facility.
• Day shifts with flexible start times.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in data entry and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes, requisitions, and working with suppliers.
• Understanding of calibration and asset inspection processes, and familiarity with using customer guides and measurement reports.
