Partner Communicatio ns Specialist Pay and Benefits :
Hourly pay : $80 / hr
Worksite : Leading enterprise software solutions company (Santa Clara, CA 95054 - Hybrid, Open to candidates in Pleasanton, CA 94588, Atlanta, GA30326, Denver, CO 80202, Chicago, IL 60604, and Salt Lake City, UT 84121, Candidates located in Santa Clara are preferred)
Partner Communications S pecialist Responsibilities :
Own the end-to-end development and execution of partner communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all channels.
Craft high-quality, engaging content for emails, newsletters, webinars, presentations, blog posts, etc, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
Proactively assess communication needs, track performance, and continuously refine strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Operate with a growth mindset, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to improve and innovate communication processes.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging, streamline processes, and drive scalable communication solutions.
Partner Communication s Specialist Qualifications :
3 years of experience in communications, within a fast-paced, matrixed environment, preferably in the enterprise SaaS or cloud industry.
3 years experience in content management (CMS), email marketing, internal and external communications, project management, writing / editing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, Smartsheets, and G-Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
A proven track record of owning and executing high-quality communications at scale, balancing speed and precision is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment are preferred.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams are preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging are preferred.
A strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to communication and problem-solving is preferred.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels is preferred.
