A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage international temp staffing (contingent worker) requests end to end, including both program management tasks & projects as well as supporting temporary worker requests in all locations where our MSP is not supporting. The ideal candidate has a contingent workforce and/or MSP experience. The company offers a great work environment.
Program Coordinator Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40/hr

Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Projects could cover a variety of possible work including but not limited to:
- Global process improvement projects and documentation.
- Support projects related to new functionality in our system.
- Support new country expansions and M&A activities as needed.
- Help create and update support education documents for managers such as process flows, knowledge articles, updates to intra-net pages etc.
- Perform end-to-end requisition management for contingent worker roles located in any of 15 countries where we may need contingent workers including but not limited to: Israel, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Latvia, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and more. Covering all geographies outside ofthe US, Canada, UK and Ireland, India, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, Poland, Germany, Netherlands and Costa Rica.
- Manage international temp staffing (contingent worker) requests end to end, which includes the following responsibilities: Liaising with the local partner and manager on fulfillment of req, submitting contract requests in our system, coordinating interviews in partnership with the staffing agency on behalf of requestor, collection and review of required compliance documents, working with manager and supplier to get worker onboarded in a timely and compliant manner (Usually ~10 reqs at a time in various locations), guide managers through fulfillment processes and best practices for managing contingent workers, exiting workers, etc., and manage tenure limit, extensions and exits for global worker population of ~30 workers.
Program Coordinator Qualifications:
- Experience in program and/or project management.
- Contingent workforce and/or MSP experience.
- Microsoft Suite.
- Google drive.
- ServiceNow.
- Workday HCM and Workday VNDLY knowledge are a plus.
- Adobe.
