- Hourly pay: $30/hr
- Worksite: Leading University (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite/Hybrid)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment
- Provide day to day administrative support for professor and graduate and postdoctoral students. Support will include assistance with mail, calendar, correspondence, travel arrangements, filing, ordering supplies, and assisting in shipping samples and documents.
- Reconciliation of monthly expenditure statements with special attention to student appointments, tracking expenses and projections. Process/reconcile purchase orders, reimbursement requests, purchasing card transactions and expense transfers.
- Assist faculty in preparing and submitting grant proposals and progress reports. Review program announcement, determine requirements, assist with preparation of required documents, upload in grants system, and create routing form.
- 3 – 5 years of administrative experience.
- Knowledge of university procedures and experience with Oracle Financials and other financial systems, or ability to quickly become proficient in these areas.
- Some experience in grant proposal preparation and submissions.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in desktop applications. (Word, Excel, email and calendar application) Self-starter with ability to prioritize and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Good judgment and flexibility are musts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with a large variety of individuals at all levels of the university.
Salary : $30
