Warehouseman - Temporary Status (6 Months)

Salary: $23.43 to $45.08 per hour; Bargaining Unit; 5-Step Progression

Job Description
To receive materials and stock warehouse shelves, aisles and outside storage areas in accordance with inventory locators.  To fill orders by locating materials and preparing them for shipping, and to perform general clean-up of warehouse and outside storage areas.  Participates in physical and cycle count inventories. Utilizes the Oracle inventory management system to keep track of all material activity. This position is the highest of a multi-step progression and is expected to know all aspects of Warehouseman duties for the Company.  Lower steps in this classification are expected to progress into all aspects of these duties.

Requirements
Requires six months experience in shipping/receiving/issuing and inventorying materials. Familiarity with inventory management systems and Oracle preferred and computer experience including MS Office Suite required. Previous forklift operating experience and/or current certification is required; must pass Company forklift operator’s training program for continued employment. Requires valid driver’s license, CDL is a plus. Other combinations of education/experience may be considered.
