We are seeking a detail-oriented Control Panel Technician to assemble, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in panel wiring, electrical schematics interpretation, and assembly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire control panels according to electrical schematics and layout diagrams
  • Mount and install electrical components (e.g., relays, PLCs, circuit breakers, terminal blocks)
  • Cut, strip, crimp, and route wiring neatly and efficiently
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshooting on wired panels
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and company standards
  • Work closely with engineers and production teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in control panel wiring, electrical assembly, or related field
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Familiarity with tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, and power tools
  • Knowledge of UL508A panel wiring standards (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of electrical theory and wiring practices
