Evergreen Village Prescott is currently looking for CERTIFIED Caregivers to join our team at our beautiful community in Prescott, AZ. We are looking to fill the following positions and shifts:

Caregiver/Med-Tech

• Evening Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Sunday to Thursday
• Tuesday to Saturday ( Med-Tech experience required)
• Additional wage differential is available for applicants willing to work outside their normal schedule on occasion.

Job Duties

• Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and other community alarms in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates empathy and develops caring rapport with residents. Promotes resident independence and self-care.
• Delivers care and services in accordance with individual service plan for all assigned residents.
• Maintains accurate and complete records of care delivered.
• Completes incident reports accurately and timely. Understands policies pertaining to safety and infection control and demonstrates practices to control the spread of communicable illnesses. Promotes a clean, orderly, and safe environment. Assist housekeeping and maintenance staff to keep the community and resident property clean.
• Recognizes, responds to, and reports concerns in resident's environment to ensure safety and comfort of resident
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Qualified applicants would be Certified Assisted Living Caregivers for Arizona . Non-certified applicants are welcome to apply, schedule and wage scale would be adjusted accordingly.
• 1 year prior experience with medications.
• Proven experience as a personal care assistant
• Committed to health & safety
• Reliable
• Excellent communication and people skills

• Physical stamina
• CPR certified, finger print card
